Day 1 - Introduction to Daegu Spirit

Let's kick-start this incredible journey at Dongdaegu Station. From there, we'll dive straight into the vibrant culture of Daegu at the bustling Seomun Market. Known as the largest traditional Korean market in Daegu, it offers an array of fresh produce, street food, and local garments. Next, we're off to the Daegu National Museum where ancient artefacts narrate tales of old Daegu. Post lunch, we'll head towards Donghwasa Temple, an oasis of serenity featuring Buddha statues and tranquil ponds. We'll wrap up the day with a stunning sunset view from Daegu Tower.

Day 2 - Relishing Daegu's Vibrance

We start the day by venturing indoor to the Daegu Art Factory which houses a range of contemporary Korean art. Afterwards, let's savour lunch at a local café around the corner. We then head to the vibrant Dongseongno Shopping Street which is a paradise for shopaholics and foodies alike. Get spoiled for choice with abundant shopping options at this bustling district. We then proceed to the Colorful Daegu Festival, a splendid spectacle of music, dance, and vibrant parades showcasing the heart and soul of Daegu. Finally, we'll explore the Duryu Park Night Market, a perfect place for a scrumptious dinner and fun shopping under the stars.

Day 3 - Embracing Nature & History

Our last day starts with a refreshing hike up to Apsan Mountain, from where you can admire the breathtaking scenery of Daegu. After descending, we'll have a hearty lunch at a famous local restaurant. Then, we head off to the Modern Alley's Time Machine where you can experience the retro vibe of the 70's and 80's Korean culture. Lastly, we would end our incredible journey with the Daegu Lantern Festival, where thousands of lanterns fill up the sky creating a mesmerizing sight to behold. The amazing combination of cultural and natural wonders makes this a perfect way to end our journey in Daegu.
