Introduction
This 3-day itinerary is handpicked to ensure an unforgettable adventure in Jeju, South Korea. Well-known for its volcanic landscape, breathtaking beaches, and lush countryside, Jeju offers an exquisite blend of relaxation and thrill.
Day 1 - Journey's Kickoff with Jeju's Scenic Beauty
Your Jeju adventure begins with a trip to Hallasan Mountain, the highest mountain in South Korea. Don't be daunted by the height – the walking trails are quite manageable! Seeing the Hallasan Mountain's peak emerge through the clouds is a sight to behold. Post lunch, we head to Yongduam Rock, resembling a dragon's head roaring towards the sky. As you scent the salty breeze, who knows, you might spot a Korean mermaid? Our day concludes with an unforgettable sunset at Aewol Coastal Road offering an intoxicating view of Jeju's vast sea.
Day 2 - Heritage Hopping and Sea-shore Stroll
Start your day with a visit to the awe-inspiring Manjanggul Cave, one of the finest lava tunnels in the world. This geological wonder offers a refreshing break from the sun, don't forget your jacket! Next on our list is Seongeup Folk Village, where you'll get a glimpse into Jeju's ancient culture and traditional houses. Next, a visit to the picturesque Seopjikoji, a coastal area known for its striking lighthouse and grassy fields. Does this sound like where land meets sea and tradition meets nature?
Day 3 - Beach Bumming and Food Feasting
Our final day takes us to Hyeopjae Beach, a stretch of white sand against an impressively azure sea. Pack your swimsuit and sunscreen for a day of beach bumming and relaxation. Make your final lunch in Jeju count, as we dine at a local seafood restaurant. You can't leave Jeju without trying Haemul Ramyeon, a spicy seafood noodle soup, and Jeju Black Pig, a local delicacy. To round off the day, and indeed our trip, we head to Jeju Dongmun Market, the right place to buy souvenirs that capture once-in-a-lifetime memories, to take back home.
