Introduction

Experience the true beauty of Manado, Indonesia, with this meticulously planned 3-day itinerary. Envelop yourself in enchanting landscapes, endemic fauna and diverse marine life, while also savoring the local Indonesian flavors.

Day 1 - Island Hopping & Snorkeling

Your Indonesian escapade kicks off with a visit to Bunaken Island, Manado's marine park life at its best. The highlight of the day? Snorkeling, of course! With crystal clear waters, Bunaken provides a stunning view of over 70% of all fish species that live in the western Pacific ocean. If you’re lucky, you might bump into a sea turtle or two while exploring the vibrant coral reefs. Post snorkeling, bask under the sun while relishing a delightful picnic lunch on the beach. And guess what? You won't be racing against the clock because we've set aside the whole day for you to soak up the sun, sea, and sand.

Day 2 - Wandering in Wildlife & Nature Park

On Day 2, we'll swap the beach life for lush greenery, and embark on a journey to Tangkoko Batuangus Nature Reserve. Known as a primate-loving sanctuary, Tangkoko houses an array of critters you can't miss like the cute tarsiers and black macaques. Beneath the towering trees, your guide will walk you through the forest. As dusk inches in, prepare yourself for the spectacle of the largest bats in the world taking flight. The evening will be all about warmth, as we cook up a BBQ dinner under the stars, accompanied by local folklore and tales.

Day 3 - A Cultural Pilgrimage

Your Manado adventure is not complete without submerging yourself in its cultural heritage. Today, we'll be delving into Manado’s past at the city’s Museum of North Sulawesi. Here, you'll immerse yourself in Minahasa culture and history. Lunch will be a local delicacy treat at a traditional Indonesian warung. After that, say goodbye to your Manado experience with a visit to Christ Blessing, one of the largest statues of Jesus in Asia. As the sun goes down, enjoy a farewell dinner at the top of a hill with a panoramic view of the city. Here, you can raise your glasses to three awe-inspiring days in Manado.
