Introduction

Immerse yourself in the unique mix of Filipino and Mexican cultures in the vibrant town of Mexico, Philippines. Experience a blend of history, gastronomy, and natural beauty in just three days.

Day 1 - Arrival and Exploring Historical Sights

Touchdown at Clark International Airport and head straight to Mexico, Pampanga. After freshening up at your accommodation, it's time to dive right into Mexico's rich history. Firstly, we'll visit the San Luis Gonzaga Parish Church, a staple of Spanish colonial architecture dating back to the 18th century. After that, how about lunch at a local 'carinderia' to taste some of the local cuisine? In the afternoon, feed your cultural curiosity at the Museo Ning Mexico (Mexico Museum) to learn more about Mexico's colorful past. Before we end our day, we'll take a relaxing tour of the Madapdap Resettlement Center, a calm residential area packed with local tales and close-knit communities. Finally, unwind with a traditional Filipino dinner at your hotel.

Day 2 - Gastronomy and Nature Discovery

Kickstart your day with typical Filipino breakfast. Then, it's time to wear your aprons on as we venture into a local cooking class, where you'll learn to make famed Kapampangan dishes, such as Sisig. Post the cooking adventure, enjoy your self-made brunch! Later, we'll drive towards the Mount Arayat National Park, the local's favorite outdoor hangout brimming with plant species and wildlife. Get ready to hike up the trail and be rewarded with breathtaking views from the top. Before sunset, we'll head back to Mexico and tantalize our taste buds with authentic Kapampangan cuisine at a popular local joint.

Day 3 - Shopping and Departure

On your final day, it's time to fill up your suitcase with souvenirs. Visit the Mexico Public Market for a variety of local crafts, delicacies, and fresh produce. How about grabbing some wood-carved items and a pack of the iconic San Nicolas biscuit? Later, have a leisure afternoon walk at the Mexico Baywalk before heading to the airport. As we drive back to Clark International Airport, it's time to wave goodbye to Mexico, carrying a piece of its vibrant culture, incredible cuisine, and warm locals with you.
