Introduction

Get ready for an exciting tour of Vancouver, where we'll be venturing through its exceptional outdoors, remarkable history, and vibrant culture. This 3-day itinerary promises an array of experiences, right from the enchanting landscapes of Mount St. Helens to the explorative Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, and the serene vibe of the Vancouver Waterfront.

Day 1 - Launch into Vancouver’s Vibrance

Vancouver Farmer's Market is where we start our journey. Savor the local produce and handicrafts of Vancouver, and grab some breakfast from the myriad stalls. Props if you find the honey stall! Isn’t locally sourced honey just the best? Once we've fueled up, it's time to step into history at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site. It's like a time machine, taking us back to the 19th century with its well-preserved buildings and surrounding landscapes. End the day at the Vancouver Waterfront. Enjoy the serene sunsets while relishing delicious food from the upscale local eateries. Pro tip: Try the Northwestern inspired seafood. You won't regret it!

Day 2 - Embrace the Splendor of Mother Nature

We're heading off to Mount St. Helens, one of the most iconic landscapes in the USA. Accessible? Check! Worth the drive? Double check! The view from the Johnston Ridge Observatory will make you feel like you're in a stupendous painting. After admiring the grandeur of nature, we’ll dive into the educational side with interactive exhibits at the visitor center. On our way back to Vancouver, a pit stop at the Moulton Falls Winery is a must. Who can resist a scenic vineyard, tasty food, and exquisite wines?

Day 3 - Soak in the Artistic Side of Vancouver

Let’s start off the day with a stroll at the Esther Short Park, and if we’re lucky, catch a concert or festival! Be prepared to be amazed by the dazzling allure of the park’s centerpiece - the Salmon Run Bell Tower. Later, we’ll head towards the Clark County Historical Museum, which promises a unique journey through Vancouver’s colorful past. We'll wrap up the day exploring the eclectic shops in Uptown Village. I bet you won’t be able to resist picking up some unique, locally made treasures!
